About Andrew and the Life Strength Fitness Program
Since 2007, Andrew has been providing training for small groups, individuals, and sports teams. He has helped people from all walks of life meet their targeted health, fitness, and performance goals.
Andrew developed the basis for the Life Strength Fitness program as part of his Master’s Thesis at the University of Minnesota. The system was intended to develop the ultimate MMA fighter who is fully functional in strength, endurance, and power. Andrew soon realized the program could help not only professional athletes but also anyone looking to avoid a sedentary lifestyle, health concerns, and the aches and pains of aging. This passion for helping people become strong enough to enjoy the life they want to lead is what inspired him to start Life Strength Fitness.
Because it is very important to Andrew that members benefit from the Life Strength Fitness program, he constantly reads industry experts and research. If members have questions about injuries, dietary restrictions, or other health topics, Andrew will research as needed to provide educated recommendations. He shares relevant info on his blog and occasionally makes adjustments to exercises to ensure members get the maximum benefit from the effort they put in.
Beyond gym exercises, Andrew helps members become stronger for life with advice and programs on healthy eating, meal planning, food tracking, and cooking.
Andrew works through all training methods himself before incorporating them into the program, and maintains his own fitness through the same strength, conditioning, and nutrition advice he gives members.
Outside work, Andrew enjoys doing home renovations and auto repair/performance, road trips/tropical vacations with his wife and three kids, and has a passion for cooking.
