Jose, 37

My client Jose eliminated his debilitating neck pain, head aches, and migraines in just 6 weeks of small group corrective exercise coaching. When I met him he hadn’t done much exercising in over 2 years, was sitting 40 hours per week at home working remotely, and would experience pain in-between his shoulder blades, shoulders, and neck giving him migraines that would suck all of the energy out of him. These target areas where actually just compensating for his torso, lats, the front and back of his legs, calves, and toes which lacked the strength, mobility, and flexibility they should have. We recently did a follow up movement assessment showing that his neck, shoulder blades, torso, lats, and calves move terrific again. Achieving this eliminated his neck pain, headaches, and migraines making him feel full of life, and now can enjoy more traveling, hiking, and other adventures with his wife and daughter. A few exciting wins were how much progress he made in restoring his hamstring mobility. He now has 16 more inches of mobility from before. His favorite transformation is increasing the strength of his ab stabilizers doing loaded planks which went from 25lbs up to 180lbs.

My client Jeff worked the overnight shift in a massive warehouse managing tons of employees, walked 15-20,000 steps per shift, had poor posture, had super tight muscles from head to toe, and nothing was working to reclaim the strength he had from his college football days. 

After just a few months of corrective exercise coaching he reclaimed the mobility and flexibility he use to have back in college, could bend over and touch his toes again, and just by restoring his mobility and flexibility he instantly got stronger which he loved seeing his back squat immediately go up 75lbs and his bench press by 20lbs.

My client Phil went from having low back pain for 20 years and zero flexibility to no pain, stronger than ever, and has terrific flexibility. When I met him he was hands down the most inflexible person I’ve ever worked with. He recently had retired, spent far too many years isolated in a chair working for corporate America, giving him legs that functioned like a pair of stilts. His biggest ailment was his low back pain that he’s dealt with for 20 years, which prevented him from being able to bend over or squat down to pick up something.

When I met Tim he was suffering from persistent knee pain, frozen shoulder, and low back pain after a few crossfit injuries. He thought these problems were just part of getting old, you just learn to live with it, and there’s nothing you can do about it. His back doesn’t hurt anymore, and his shoulder moves like it did before. He loves not having to work around sore knees when working on his race car, and beating 20 year old race car drivers who think they’re the hot stuff.   • I sit down with you and we co-create each fitness program together: You get to make the final decisions on every element of your program so that you always enjoy every workout and get the freedom to achieve your goals the way you want. 

    Then I’ll design it and individualize it from the data gathered from your functional movement test, make sure it progresses safely/effectively, tracks the objective/subjective metrics that show you how much progress you’re making. 

  • Your digital fitness programs include:

    • A 3 question survey asking you to rank your current energy, motivation, and muscle soreness. Then it will show you the best way to approach your workout that day to make the most progress and avoid injury.

    • Exercise coaching videos that thoroughly demonstrate how to set it up, and perform the exercise safely and effectively

    • A benefits tab to educate you on all the cellular and physiological upgrades your program is doing for you to boost your motivation

    • Home stretches list with videos to make even faster progress on getting your body functioning and feeling terrific

  • I show up on time, full of energy, and excited to coach you safely/effectively through each workout from your individualized program so that you get all the benefits from the training methods and make progress towards your goals

  • Give you daily text support from 7am-4pm and email support 24/7 where you can ask me any health or fitness question, confirm if you’re doing an exercise/training method correctly, help you plan out your workout schedule for the week so you make the most progress while factoring in your work/family busy schedules, need me to send you alternative exercises to do, want me to change certain exercises in your program so you enjoy your workouts more, etc.  

  • Check in with you privately every month to make sure you’re enjoying your program, making progress towards your goals, and brainstorm what additional areas of your lifestyle you feel changing would help you make better progress.

  • Give you a present after you finish every fitness program to upgrade your capability and belief that you will achieve your goal: Select 1 research supported educational lesson, lifestyle skill, or additional resource from my library (that currently consists of 70+ easy to understand documents), that my customized health & lifestyle coaching clients get.

  • If you ever want to do to aerobic conditioning or resistance training workouts on other days per week to get the unique benefits that only can be acquired from those training methods, all you have to do is sign up for their baseline testing and I’ll design you an individualized program at no additional cost. 


To Get Started Step 1 - Schedule Your Functional Movement Test & Goal Setting Session

ALL YOU NEED FOR THIS 30-60 MINUTE TEST

  • Yourself, and non-restrictive clothing

  • Measuring tape from a hardware store that can lock (online testing only)

90 minute 1 on 1 Session

  • We will discover the root cause of why your body doesn’t feel or function the way you want by testing 80 different movement patterns. This is needed to individualize your program for safety and effectiveness, track progress towards the goals you set, and to be able to set achievable goals.

  • I’ll send you a functional movement report with a detailed list what’s going on with your body, what muscles needs to be strengthened to improve their mobility, and which muscles need more flexibility to decrease their tension in a rested state

Then we schedule a 30 minute SMART Goal Setting Session

  • We will discuss the findings of your functional movement test so that you understand what areas of your body need to get stronger, more mobile, and more flexible to function and feel better

  • Client-centered goal setting session where you’ll set 1 SMART outcome goal that is specific, quantifiable, actually attainable, and meaningful to you with an attached accountability plan.

  • At the end of your goal setting session, if you’d like me to start coaching you and empowering you to achieve your goal you will have to choose which coaching partnership option will benefit you the most. You will get the flexibility to start with, and shift whenever you want between in person 1 on 1 or small group personal training (which is a max of 6 people) or remote personal training if you don’t need live coaching support, allowing you to workout on your own whenever it fits your schedule best.

  • You can schedule a single 1 on 1 or small group personal training session whenever you need live coaching support to make quicker progress, get technique help on an exercise, make sure you’re doing the training methods properly, need a higher level of accountability, etc.  

  • Each program co-created for you needs to be paid for up front and an invoice will be sent to you detailing everything that it will contain and its total cost.
